Recovery doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We understand that years of opioid use can impact your sleep, your mood, and your physical health.

• Co-Occurring Care: We treat the depression, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia that often accompany addiction.

• Men’s Health: We provide specialized care for opioid-induced low testosterone and ED.

• Primary Support: We can manage simple health issues like hypertension or minor infections during your regular recovery appointments.

• Reimbursement Support: While we are a cash-pay clinic, we provide Superbills upon request, making it easy for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider on your own terms.

Our Services

1. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

We specialize in treating Opiate Use Disorder (OUD) with a focus on long-term recovery and stability.

• Medications Offered: Sublingual buprenorphine-based products only (Suboxone® films/tablets, Subutex® tablets, or Zubsolv® tablets).

• Important Note: We do not provide methadone, injectable buprenorphine (Sublocade), or injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol). We do not prescribe full-agonist opioids for pain management.

2. Comprehensive Recovery Support

For patients committed to sobriety, we provide ongoing physician-led counseling and pharmacological support for:

• Alcohol Use Disorder: Stability and maintenance for those who have already completed detox (Naltrexone tablets, Acamprosate, or Disulfiram).

• Tobacco Use Disorder: Cessation support using Wellbutrin, Chantix, or Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

3. Holistic Co-Occurring Care

Recovery is more than just stopping a substance; it’s about mental and physical wellness. For our MAT patients, we offer integrated treatment for:

• Mental Health: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and Insomnia.

• Men’s Health: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for opioid-induced low testosterone and treatment for Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

• General Wellness: Treatment for simple infections, hypertension, or rashes diagnosed during your regular visit.

How the Clinic Works

We believe in transparent pricing and easy access. Our clinic operates on a card/cash-pay model.

• Simple Booking All appointments are scheduled and managed by phone.
• Flat-Rate Pricing $250 for New Patient Visits / $250 for Follow-ups.
• Testing Included If indicated, your Urine Drug Screen (UDS) is included* in the visit fee.

    * While UDS is included, any external lab work (such as blood panels for testosterone) is the responsibility of the patient via their preferred payment method (direct payment or insurance if available).

• Insurance We are out-of-network for all insurance. However, we can provide a Superbill upon request for you to submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.
